While the curb appeal is lacking you will be blown away by the interior of Christopher's residence, lots of space, clean, verry open and friendly layout. We rode the our road bikes from the house to the Swamp Rabbit Trail in Greenville all the way to Travlers Rest and back with absolutely no problems. The neighborhood is under going some construction and gentrification so in 2 years you woun't get Christophers place for the bargain price he's offering it now. We will be back before then!

Our stay at Christopher’s was wonderful. I had my 21-month old with us and the place was absolutely child-friendly (especially with the pack-and-play and high chair). Despite some sidewalk construction, the 5 min walk to the restaurants and coffee shops was very easy and doable with a stroller; and it’s very close to downtown - just a short drive away. We used this Airbnb as a place to stay as we were moving into town from several states away and were waiting for our moving truck to arrive, and this place was well stocked and very comfortable for us. I highly recommend this Airbnb!

Chris was a wonderful host. We loved everything about the house. We was super close to a ton of great places to eat and the arena. 10 out of 10 would recommend. If we ever travel to Greenville again we will definitely be booking again.

This two bedroom arts-and-crafts bungalow with a front porch is very spacious. The beds have truly comfortable mattresses and the kitchen is well stocked. The place is within walking distance of a coffee shop, restaurants, and a few store, such as the hand-made hats business, and a short drive from downtown. Looking forward to going back.

My son and I stayed for a week and this house was perfect for us! The kitchen was a good size and we were able to cook many meals. The house was clean, comfortable, and roomy. We were very happy with the proximity to downtown. It was easy to get around all of Greenville from this location.

Me, my wife, and two year old had a fantastic stay. The spacious home is located in close proximity to just about everything from food to entertainment. If you have a kid with you, the home is extremely accommodating with a high chair and pack n play available to use. For those who like to run, the swamp rabbit trail is just a jog down the street. Would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in West Greenville! The location is perfect—just a short 5-minute drive from downtown, with plenty of great food and drink options nearby. The space itself was spacious, clean, and incredibly kid-friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The host was also fantastic, responding quickly to any questions we had. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!

Good stay with Christopher and this location. The home was clean, the kitchen was big and the living area was perfect for my son and I. Getting into the home was a breeze with the keypads that were very responsive and easy to use. A quick drive gets you might to the heart of downtown Greensville. Beds were comfortable with multiple different style of pillows to fit whatever need you have.

The home was so quaint and cozy. It was the perfect place to stay as it was close to downtown and restaurants. We loved the swings in the backyard. A great place for a Thanksgiving vacation! Highly recommend.

Our family had a great time! There was plenty of space for the 5 of us, very close to the little downtown area where we go coffee in the mornings and pizza one night which was great. The house was also very close to downtown Greenville which was really cool, better than expected. Christopher was very responsive, we had just one request(for trash bags I think) and he dropped them off in very short order. I’d stay here again if needed! BTW centrally located if you’re visiting some of the universities in SC, we did Clemson and U of SC while we were there.
