Additional billing will occur if any smoke smell is found after the stay! • No more than 6 occupants. • Garage is off-limits and will not be used or disturbed. • NO pets are allowed. • Quiet hours are from 11 pm – 9 am each day. • No parties are allowed. • Loud or disorderly behavior is not allowed at any time. We will give one courtesy warning for any such behavior. You and your party can be evicted without a refund if such behavior continues. • Normal cleaning fees are included in all rental rates, however, additional billing will occur for any excessive/abnormal cleaning, damages, or missing items. • Please make sure the front door is locked when leaving the unit. • Linens, blankets, and towels are not to be removed from the home. Please do not take these items to parks or outdoor venues. Chris was a wonderful host. We loved everything about the house. We was super close to a ton of great places to eat and the arena. 10 out of 10 would recommend. If we ever travel to Greenville again we will definitely be booking again.

This two bedroom arts-and-crafts bungalow with a front porch is very spacious. The beds have truly comfortable mattresses and the kitchen is well stocked. The place is within walking distance of a coffee shop, restaurants, and a few store, such as the hand-made hats business, and a short drive from downtown. Looking forward to going back.
