NO SMOKING inside or outside of the property! Additional billing will occur if any smoke smell is found after the stay! • No more than 4 occupants. • Quiet hours are from 11 pm – 9 am each day. • No parties are allowed. • Loud or disorderly behavior is not allowed at any time. We will give one courtesy warning for any such behavior. You and your party can be evicted without a refund if such behavior continues. • Normal cleaning fees are included in all rental rates, however, additional billing will occur for any excessive/abnormal cleaning, damages, or missing items. • Please make sure the front door is locked when leaving the unit. • Linens, blankets, and towels are not to be removed from the home. Please do not take these items to parks or outdoor venues. Before you leave: • Turn off all lights • Empty the refrigerator and freezer of your items. • Place used towels on the bathroom floor. • Report any missing or broken items. PET RULES: Restrictions: Dogs ONLY. Minimum 2 Dogs. No puppies under 1 year, dogs must be spayed or neutered. No dogs larger than 60lbs. The pet must be up-to-date on vaccinations and free of fleas and ticks. Pet Supervision: The pet must be supervised at all times. Do not leave pets alone or unattended in the house unless crated (a 42” crate is provided for your convenience) Any incidents of a pet mess inside the property should be cleaned up immediately by the guest using the clean supplies provided (spray is under the sink). We understand that accidents can happen, for these occasions we ask you to notify us of where it occurred so our cleaner can be extra thorough for the next guests. Any feces in the front and back yard must be properly cleaned up and disposed of. (Dog poop bags are provided under the sink). Please throw it in the garbage bin by the street. If dog paws are muddy, wipe dog paws with paper towels before they come inside. Please don’t use people towels for your pups. Extra fees will be incurred for the destruction of rugs. Furniture: Please keep pets off furniture. NO dogs on BEDS (If you do have a pet on the couch, use the Pet Blanket Sofa Couch Furniture Protector provided in the closet) Any pet hair or stains found on furniture will incur additional cleaning fees. Extra fees will be incurred for destruction of bedding or furniture. Lint rollers are underneath the sink for excessive shedding. Noise: Pets should not create excessive noise that disturbs neighbors. If complaints are received, the Host may ask the Guest to remove the pet from the property. Leash Policy: Our property isn’t fully fenced in, so please keep your dog leashed at all times outside. Damage: Guest is responsible for any damage caused by the pet to the rental property or its contents. Any damage must be reported to the Host immediately. Termination: The Host reserves the right to ask the Guest to remove their pet from the property if any of the above conditions are violated.

Enjoy the luxury of complete privacy, as the entire house and yard are exclusively yours during your stay. You can access the home using a keypad code from either the front or back door. The backyard is partially fenced in, leaving an opening for two or more cars to park.
